Chennai, 10 January, 2013:  SARE Homes in association with ICICI Bank is offering a customer-friendly scheme under which a customer needs to pay nothing until gaining possession of a home, after paying only the first 20% for the booking an apartment at its townships in OMR & GST called “SARE Crescent ParC OMR” and “MeadowVille (GST)”  in Chennai.

The idea of offering such a unique and easy payment mechanism is to facilitate the ownership of dream homes for every home owner in a hassle free manner with a solid commitment of timely delivery. This payment offer by SARE Homes is available for a limited period in exclusive association with ICICI Bank.
